About Me
Somatic practitioner + wellness coach helping self-aware humans reclaim their nervous system, rewrite old patterns, and live more fully.
My Story
Hey there—I’m so glad you’re here.
Back in 2012, I graduated from nursing school feeling excited and hopeful about making a difference. Over nearly a decade of working in healthcare, I moved through different specialties, met incredible people, and witnessed both resilience and heartbreak up close. But somewhere along the way, I started to feel it—that quiet, persistent sense that something was missing.
I didn’t have words for it at first, but eventually, I realized we were managing symptoms, not truly healing. We were rushing, numbing, fixing—but not really tending to the deeper stuff. The soul stuff. The nervous system. The body’s whispers. The parts of us that were asking to be seen, not just treated.
So I began to explore. First, quietly on my own—and then with an undeniable hunger for something more whole. I dove into herbalism, Reiki, somatic healing, trauma work, spirituality, embodiment practices, nervous system regulation… and slowly, things started to shift. Not just around me, but in me.
I realized healing isn’t something we “get” from someone else—it’s a process we participate in. It’s uncomfortable, nonlinear, and deeply personal. And most of all, it requires us to come back to ourselves. Over and over again.
Now, as a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Certified Integrative Somatic Practitioner, I support others the way I once needed support—by meeting them as whole, capable, and already wise. I don’t believe in fixing people. I believe in walking beside them. I believe in holding space for their process, offering tools that work with the body (not against it), and reminding them they don’t have to keep living in burnout, people-pleasing, or survival mode.
If you’re craving more ease in your body, more clarity in your life, and more freedom to be your full, true self—you’re in the right place.
Let’s walk this healing path together.
